Le Mali, à l’instar de nombreux pays africains, est confronté à des défis majeurs : changement climatique, dégradation de l’environnement, insécurité sanitaire, fragilisation des patrimoines culturels et urbanisation rapide. L’exode rural et la concentration non planifiée dans les centres urbains accentuent ces problèmes, tandis que l’urbanité culturelle marginalise les pratiques traditionnelles et les savoirs locaux.....
